Summer Recipes

Hey y'all! I know I promised a recipe post for today and today was a little crazy so I'm just Now getting around to finishing up my post. Better than than never, right? 

First up is the Sheet Pan Dinner I shared on yesterday's Life Lately Post. I've been this a few times lately and it has turned out so good. And it's SO easy.
What you need: 
Italian Sausage
Shrimp
Veggies (I used carrots, potatoes, squash, and asparagus)
Italian Seasoming
Garlic Salt
Olive Oil

What to do:
Cut up sausage and veggies and spread out evenly on your baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, add your seasonings (I don't measure, I usually just sprinkle both the Italian seasoning and garlic salt all over), and bake on 400 for 30 minutes (I usually take it out after about 15 and stir everything up). That's it! Like I said, so easy and so good!

These next two recipes are not mine, I found them on Pinterest and have linked the websites with both recipes. I've tried them both within the last few weeks and they were delicious! 
I made this Grilled California Avocado Chicken this past Monday and it's a new favorite of ours. It was SO good. It's definitely going to be on our menu again very soon.

I've made this Squash Casserole  a few times here lately as a side dish and it was great! This is one of Chase's new favorites. It's the perfect summer recipe!
